Sherry is motivating and full of energy, always bringing her A-game to the table. Sherry instructs HIIT, Bootcamp, and Tabata classes here at Park Club and will have you sweating off calories with every visit! Sherry's dynamic Boot Camp class combines rigorous muscle strengthening, traditional calisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval training.
